Per-Diem Contracts
Through our per-diem option, employees are given the opportunity to be flexible with their schedule while advancing in their career. With our online scheduling system, employees are able to pick and choose shifts as they please that work with their personal schedules. This option offers variety in schedule and consistent change.
Local Long-Term Contracts
Through our Local Long-Term Contract option, employees are given more of a consistent and stable schedule. This contract acts more like a block schedule for a longer duration of time for communities that are in more of a need for coverage. This option gives you a consistent schedule at one community nearby.
Travel Long-Term Contracts
Through out Travel Long-Term Contract option, employees are given a consistent schedule while adventuring to various locations. This contract provides an opportunity to experience other communities all over. Not only are you given a stable schedule, but you are also able to get out of town and experience more of what the healthcare world has to offer. This option provides lodging, selected meals and mileage reimbursement. These contracts vary from a couple of weeks to a couple of months depending on scenario.
